Cardio Dance Fusion
This fun 60 minute class is a full-body workout for all fitness levels. This class combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with dance, yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.
Chair to Wall
This class is for people who have a hard time getting up and down from the floor. Class begins and ends seated on a chair, and will progress to standing poses using the wall. All levels welcome.
What is DDPYoga aka DDPY fitness? DDPY stands for Diamond Dallas Page Yoga - a two time world champion professional wrestler, who blew his back out several years ago. After trying yoga, he was able to heal his back and once again become world champion. He then decided he wanted to bring these wonderful exercises to people who like him would not be caught dead doing yoga. He blended the yoga positions with dynamic resistance and some old school calisthenics. This workout has since morphed into one of the largest and most complete workout programs anywhere. In this workout you will gain flexibility, strength, and yes you get a cardio workout all at the same time.
Flow & Restore
A class that embodies the best of physical postures and relaxation. Beginning with an active flow, and finishing with the relaxation of a few restorative poses at the end. All levels are welcome.
Gentle Serentiy Yoga
Movement of the body linked with breath in a slow and thoughtful manner. All levels welcome.
Ha/tha – the two syllables refer to the sun and moon. The active, warm aspects of body during postural movement and the cool relaxing experience after. This class has a strong physical practice of postures, and a more relaxing stretch at the end of class. All levels are welcome, and props are encouraged.
Yin yoga focuses on the deep connective tissues of your body; fascia, ligaments, and joints. This class is slower and more meditative. It provides you space to turn your thoughts inward and become aware of the physical sensations of your body. Poses are held for a longer time (3-10 minutes).
All Levels Class. Start your morning out nice and slow, and then enjoy the benefit of a full body stretch the rest of the day. This is a class with thoughtful and gentle movements that benefits the entire body.
Pilates Mat Flow
Full body, mat based class that builds a solid Pilates foundation using proper form and alignment to further develop Pilates fundamentals into more complex movements often using additional Pilates equipment such as Pilates ring, stability ball, and light hand weights. This class can be modified for all body types and skill levels.
Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming, and therapeutic class that restores the nervous system and releases tensions from the body. Poses are held for a longer period of time, and props are used to enhance the physical and mental relaxation. This class emphasizes the meditative beauty of yoga.
Stretch It Out
All level class that embodies a peaceful flow in the beginning, and deep stretching toward the end.
The Reiki Experience
A relaxing, session that lets you renew, release and recieve the energy of Reiki. Crystals, essential oils, dowsing rods, and singing bowl will be used in various ways and times throuought the class. You must be open to receiving the energy that will be given. If you enjoy the relaxation that comes from taking a yoga class and learning about Chakras, then you might want to experience this class.
Vinyasa means breath with movement. This moderately paced flow of physical postures linked with the breath is the main focus. All levels will benefit from this combination of mindful flow, stretching, and meditation.
Yoga Pilates Fusion
The three principles of a fusion workout are alignment, movement and breath. Fusion blends a variety of movement diciplines - yoga, pilates and barre. This fitness class harvests the benefit that each have to offer for a well balanced total body conditioning and mental workout.
